Players can reroll their equipment in three aspects three categories: physical power, magic power and health. Upgrades to physical power increase the damage caused by weapons and melee attack and spell power increase the damage of mage attacks and ring. Health upgrades give the player an extra health.

There are three kinds of reroll tokens: upgrade, rare, and legendary. Each upgrade elevates an item upgrading to a higher-quality and requires a higher-level reroll token in order to create it. Upgrades require a common item. Rare upgrades require items that are either exclusive or legendary. Legendary upgrades require three legendary pieces.

The marker for rerolling, unlike special tokens or markers placed on action areas, remains on the space until the next Success is being rerolled. This is a way to avoid wasting upgrades.

Blueprints appear in the form of envelopes at the beginning of each Preparation Stage, and are opened by grabbing them with Interact. When they are opened they will display a complete description and an icon for the relevant appliance or ingredient. A perfect-rolled 200/6 500 armor set piece, for instance is highly sought-after by the melee PvP communities and could be worth 20-50 times the value of an unupp'd counterpart.

When you choose an upgrade component to be inserted into an item the game will display an in-game window that lists the necessary requirements. The game will show the requirements required when you select an upgrade component to slot into an item.
